    1. Soak sea moss over night in filtered water.

    2. Rinse sea moss a few times until water runs clear.

    3. Place soaked sea moss in a pot and fill till covered with filtered water. Bring to a boil. Once you notice a gel like consistency in the water, remove from heat.

    4. Add citrus to cut the sea taste and blend with honey, maple syrup or add frozen fruit.

    5. Transfer to mason jar and keep refrigerated. Consume within 30 days. 2 tablespoons per day for adults, 2 teaspoons for kids.

    *** Please note that freezing the gel may change the consistency. Re blend if need be! Sea moss can be frozen into ice cubes and used in smoothies or tea.
