My journey began in allopathic medicine, in the operating room of the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary. That experience led me to nursing school, and over the following years I worked in Burns & Plastics, Women’s Gyne, and Palliative Care — before stepping away from the system entirely to pursue something deeper.

After several traumatic birth experiences, everything slowed down with the arrival of our rainbow baby, my son Renzo. During that season, I immersed myself in herbalism, nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine — and that’s where my apothecary business was born.

I was set to begin a doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine when God redirected me again: I became pregnant with our daughter, Penelope. After her birth, I was accepted into the ORIGIN lineage of whole woman whole pelvic care practitioners.

Today, my mission is to give women the tools to reclaim sovereignty over their bodies and health choices — and to shift the legacy they pass on to the next generation.

From making garden potions as a little girl to now running my own herbal apothecary and ceremonial pelvic therapy practice — this is a dream come true.
